Alp Systems Transport software has managed bookings for nearly 100,000 passengers since 2007 but we are not a transfer company or franchise. Your success is our business and we are dedicated to delivering all the tools you need to support your own business and expansion plans. American-run and based in the French Alps, our list of satisfied customers spans from the Spanish coast, Les Tignes, Chamonix, Chatel to Verbier and beyond.
24/7 monitoring and phone support
You make most of your money in a very small peak season. Having a system that runs reliably and a person you can call when you have a question is crucial. All our products include automated around the clock system monitoring to help ensure 99.9% system availability. A native English-speaking technical support person is on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Avoid the long, painful and expensive development cycle that comes with Bespoke system development. If needed we can usually deliver a stop-gap solution within 30 days. More typically, we work with you starting late spring, delivering through the summer to leave plenty of time before your next wave of bookings comes in to make any last minute adjustments. By June we are typically over capacity and unable to take on new projects so we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible so that time can be reserved on our work calendar.
Pay only for what you need
Many clients want to limit up-front costs by starting with core functionality and then upgrading as needed later. None of our two installations are exactly alike - you can pick and choose and only pay for the modules you need. Upgrades can usually be installed in as little as one week time and are very economical especially as compared to the equivalent Bespoke development costs.
Our Transport Lite package, designed for the needs of startups or small transfer companies running less than around four vehicles starts at €2500 up-front + €80/month. No matter what amount of IT investment you need, our prices are often 5-10 times cheaper than Bespoke development. Our projects typically start with an email from you describing your rough requirements. We respond with a "ballpark" price and calendar time quote. From there it typically takes 2-3 meetings of a few hours each, depending on the complexity of your project, to fully explore all the details and allow us to give you a detailed and personalized proposal and final fixed price and delivery date quote.
We are happy to meet you in person at our office in Chamonix although we have done many successful projects meeting only by phone, Skype and using live desktop sharing. On-site meetings at your offices are also possible for an additional fee.
