Enable as little or much automation as you want. Our powerful rules system lets you choose when to accept "instant confirmation" versus a human enquiry check - based on time of the year, time of day, day of the week, route, service type, etc. Customers only need to enter a few fields to get an instant price & availability check. Enable automated scheduling algorithms to prevent double bookings, or set up "black out rules" to maintain human control.
Make a dead-simple one page booking form one of your selling points. Or design a multiple step process that lets clients choose between different options and book add-ons such as ski passes and ski hire. You choose which information the customer fills out, how, and the choice of explanatory text, popup windows, etc.
Give your affiliates additional tools such as ability to book and pay monthly on account. Optionally send an automated confirmation email to your clients as bookings are made - customized to your needs. Show personalized text, depending on the service type, arrival airport, etc. Include PDF attachments, receipts, printable tickets. Include logos and professional formatting. Limit customer enquiries by giving all the information they need so they only need to show up at the airport and get on the van.
Automated SMS reminders
Optionally send an automated SMS message the night before a customer's pickup - to remind of them of their exact scheduled pickup time, driver's phone number, etc. Review at a glance which customers' SMS messages failed or were confirmed as received. "Click here to pay" emails
For phone bookings or when the price or availability cannot be confirmed automatically, process enquiries efficiently with "click here to pay" emails: tell the system to send a personalized email to confirm availability including a link they can click to pay online and complete their booking.
